As you can probably figure out, I’m a huge of of Hoegaarden! I believe it is THE BEST beer in the world! Served with a slice of lemon it has an unmistakable and unbeatable taste!

I always wonder myself if a beer needs a lemon. I do think that good beer does not need it, but it is just me. I prefer the stout beer, very very very dark like Guiness (I rather have a Terminator from Oregon, USA though). Thanks for your contribution to the open source community.

Well, I consider it a crime dipping a lemon in a dark beer! The white beers, however, are much weaker and having a juicy lemon taste is quite OK. A weak beer is like a soft-drink – it’s purpose is to serve as a refreshment in mid-day, not to make your head heavy in the little hours of the night!
And indeed, as you note, it’s a matter of personal preference!
